Igor

Igor is a charming fellow.  He is well-spoken and polite.  He loves children and he goes to all of his nephew's T-Ball matches.  He roots for whoever is up to bat because he feels uncomfortable with competition and wishes everyone could be a winner.  Igor's weaknesses are hot chocolate with whipped cream and home decorating shows on HGTV.  Igor has a knack for furniture placement, and when he visits others he gives them advice on feng shui.

I write these bios pretty quickly, I just sort of look at the pillow monster and then type whatever comes out of my head, as it does.  A lot of traits from people I know get included in them.  Lately, their bios have included really sweet desserts, and I think it is because I have been craving those so badly because I am trying not to eat them (I did resort to some mint cookies yesterday, but that is because it helped the math go down easier).  The furniture placement is all my brother, Eddie.  Any time he visits, he rearranges our place and does a tsk, tsk if we are not following the rules of Feng Shui.  I do my "little sister" resistance, but the rooms always do look better his way.  Thanks Eddie!  Oh, also T-Ball is one of my favorite sports!  It's always so much fun to watch because it's for kids who haven't even begun to care about competition yet, and they don't quite get the concept of a "game", but they have a really good time.

Nichol, I love the Monsters and especially their bios. I have a question, though. Please don't think me fresh, or forward...You have so many truly lovely creations, do you actually make one each day? I love checking in on you and am inspired by the great work you do. Thanks.

Susan,
Thanks so, so much. Yes, I make 1 a day, and sometimes I make 2. I am trying to think of it as my job (my double full-time job that pays like a part-time one). I also really, really enjoy myself and have a lot of pent up energy to exert from a stressful 2007.
I love checking in on you too!

Best,
Nichol

Hi Nichol!
I love Igor! Your bios are sooooo cool! I always love to read them. You are so creative on so many levels. You should write a children's book, or make a book of your monsters with their bios on www.lulu.com. You would have a blast doing it. It is really fun.
