Doris is a special request from a really great friend of mine. She wanted a duck hooded girl for her niece, Hannah. If you've been following the pillow monster journey from the beginning then you will know what I mean when I tell you that her mom is awesome and "kept the band together".
So here is Doris' story:
Doris enjoys water. She can hold her breath for an unbelievable amount of time. She likes to swim in lakes and put on goggles and then puff out her cheeks, plug her nose and spy on the minnows and the rest of the under-sea life. Her Oma sewed her up a duck outfit so that while on land she could reminisce about her good times swimming in the lake. This way she feels less like a duck out of water. Besides being in the lake, Doris' number one past-time is cuddling up to her dear friend Hannah. Hannah quacks Doris up.

Hey I came across a site you might like. Maybe you have already heard of it...Spoonflower. It's still in the planning phase (beta) but you send them your own original designs and they use magic and print it onto fabric for you! Cool and financially dangerous at the same time!
